Users of the Kreatr service may request deletion of their personal data at any time. This page explains what data is stored and how to request its removal.
What data we delete
- Telegram identifier (Telegram ID)
- Email address, if provided
- Request history and generated content
- Technical data related to your use of the service
- Connected Instagram, Threads, and other supported social account identifiers
- OAuth tokens, permissions, publishing requests, and publishing results connected with social account integrations
How to request deletion
- Open the Kreatr Telegram bot.
- Send a message saying "Data deletion request".
- Provide your Telegram ID and, if applicable, the email address or connected social account you used with the service.
- Wait for confirmation from a moderator.
You can also send deletion requests to support@kreatr.pro.
Requests are reviewed manually by a moderator in the order they are received. If a connected social platform sends a deauthorization or data deletion callback to Kreatr, Kreatr deletes the related connection tokens and disables future publishing for that account.
Processing time
Data deletion requests are reviewed and fulfilled within 30 (thirty) days of receipt. Once data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
